Apprentices in action

Nick-Justin Erisa (apprenticeship as industrial clerk): “I really appreciate that my ideas are always heard and that I can set up my own projects. I am always given full confidence, which helps me and my development a lot”.

Jonas Wilhelm (training as a construction mechanic): “When I talk to other trainees from other companies at school, I always find that nowhere is there such good preparation for exams as here. We spend weeks preparing for the final exams and are given time off from normal work to do so.”

Viktoria Globa (apprenticeship as industrial clerk): “From the very beginning, we are considered full employees and have something to do. After a good induction, you get your own area of responsibility.”
