Quality through hot-dip galvanizing according to DIN EN ISO 1461
All our steel parts are hot-dip galvanized according to DIN EN ISO 1461. This standard specifies the thickness of the zinc coating.
This is a special quality feature of our products and a significant advantage over the products of our competitors.
The difference to other coatings is that the steel parts are completely immersed in hot molten zinc and thus receive a completely thicker zinc layer than with other processes.
Hot-dip galvanizing has the highest corrosion protection of all types of galvanizing. The corrosion protection with hot-dip galvanizing is 50 to 80 years!
The characteristic appearance of the galvanized surface is the spangle caused by the solidification process.
