1. Planning and time frame
The time between the first draft and installation is usually 12 weeks. This period ensures that all steps – from commercial and technical clarification to site preparation – are properly coordinated.
2. Site preparation: What needs to be done?
A well-prepared site is the key to a smooth installation. The following requirements must be met:
- Foundations: These should be constructed according to the calculated static requirements.
- Storage area: Provision of a suitable area for components and assembly aids.
- Access: Free access to the place of use.
For safety reasons, we carry out a preliminary inspection in advance.
In doing so, we document the delivery situation, any special features and clarify any open questions with you.
To ensure that everything is ready, we carry out a site inspection in advance. During this inspection, we create a detailed protocol in which the delivery situation, contact persons and possible deviations are documented.
3. How customers can save time and money
Correct implementation of the foundations reduces unnecessary delays and costs.
We support you with detailed plans and are currently developing a handout for smaller construction projects that will make it easier for you to prepare independently. Our team is at your side.
4. Professional installation
Our three experienced installation teams ensure a quick and smooth implementation. Depending on the size of the project, installation is usually completed within 1–2 working days.

Our supports offer two options for anchoring:
- concrete embedding for particularly robust anchoring
- and bolting for flexible and faster implementation
Both variants guarantee a stable construction, customised to your needs.

6. Photovoltaic systems: single-source integration
Projects with PV systems are realised in collaboration with our partner Reyting GmbH:
- Delivery of the PV modules and substructure directly to the construction site.
- Installation of the modules by our teams, based on a detailed layout plan.
- The DC-side work includes the connection of the PV modules to each other and the laying of the strings to the cable laying on the support; all further steps are carried out on site.
7. Green roofs: care from the outset
Our fitters will fertilise the greening on enclosures with green roofs when they carry out the initial installation. We provide care instructions for further maintenance, which can be easily downloaded from our homepage.
8. Challenges and solutions
Unforeseen problems can always arise. In such cases, our experienced contacts – Ms Vogt, Mr Arens and Mr Bertling – are on hand to provide quick and pragmatic solutions.
9. Installation in sensitive locations
In areas such as city centres or industrial plants, special challenges can arise, particularly with regard to delivery. In some cases, a truck-mounted crane is required to bring the components safely to their destination.
10. Acceptance and commissioning
After installation is complete, the customer carries out the acceptance. This involves checking whether the work has been carried out in accordance with the contract and without visible defects.
As a rule, the paving is completed on site and profile cylinders are installed before commissioning.
