Bicycle and refuse enclosures for residential complex with 9 apartment buildings

For the construction project in Falkensee on the northwestern edge of Berlin, we have assembled customised solutions for the secure and aesthetic storage of bicycles and refuse bins. The new residential complex comprises nine apartment buildings with a total of 317 residential units and two spacious underground car parks.

Our enclosures offer more than just functionality:

• Square tube supporting structure: ensures stability and durability.
• Perimeter cladding made of perforated sheet metal: modern design in RAL7016 (anthracite grey), which blends harmoniously into the surroundings and also provides privacy and ventilation.
• Swing gates for easy access: user-friendliness meets optimal protection.
• Green roof Light: creates additional green space and improves the microclimate in the complex. 🌱

Thanks to our modular design, the enclosures can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. A real plus for sustainability and quality of life!
