20 new exclusive condominiums have been built in Obleiweg, Erlangen Dechsendorf 2019.
Covered bicycle parking spaces are available for each apartment. These were built in open construction without side walls and, thanks to small units, blend skillfully and unobtrusively into the appearance of the apartment buildings.
The supporting structures and the parapets of the roofing were powder-coated in RAL anthracite to match the color of the windows and door frames, as well as the sill elements of the floor-to-ceiling windows.
