Three high-quality waste enclosures for a total of 23 residential units are being built on the property at Berlin Hochstraße 12. The new construction project features a landscaped courtyard with benches and a playground, creating a small green oasis in an urban environment. In addition, bicycle parking spaces are available in the courtyard and in the basement, rounding off the mobility options for residents.

Technical design of the waste enclosures

• Mülleinhausung 1: Außenmaß (Stützen) – Breite 6700 mm × Tiefe 1800 mm

• Mülleinhausung 2: Außenmaß (Stützen) – Breite 5000 mm × Tiefe 4900 mm

• Mülleinhausung 3: Außenmaß (Stützen) – Breite 10047 mm × Tiefe 1800 mm

Alle drei Einhausungen sind mit einem Gründach Light ausgestattet, das zur ökologischen Aufwertung der Außenanlagen beiträgt. Die Seitenverkleidung besteht aus Aluline-Lamellen mit einem Lamellenabstand von 30 mm, wodurch eine moderne, luftige Optik entsteht und gleichzeitig eine gute Belüftung gewährleistet wird.

The steel structure is hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated in RAL 7016 anthracite grey, providing long-lasting corrosion protection and a high-quality appearance. To protect the structures, impact protection made of smooth-edged boards (spruce, planed) is provided. The doors are equipped with a double-sided movable handle, a double lock and a waste triangle to optimise the use and security of the waste areas.
